In the Family

If you are reading this you are interested in learning and you are probably a caring parent. Great! Hello!

Our early learning experiences determine whether we are motivated to learn throughout life.

Why do we learn?

  • to make sense of our environment
  • to get to know our self and understand others
  • to develop our skills and increase our knowledge in order to adapt to a changing world

The best place for effective early learning is at home in our family and the best time is from the day we are born.

Home Learning

Family learning gives us our culture, our values and our roots.

Schools are important because they represent a valuable information pool of expert knowledge which we need in the societies we live in.

However it is not their sole obligation to educate our children.

The best way to stimulate and support learning is to

  • create opportunities
  • form good habits
  • develop skills and
  • generate pleasure, satisfaction and self-esteem
